แอบแปลกใจเหมือนกันนะว่ามาเลเซียอยู่ใกล้แค่นี้ เป็นประเทศบ้านใกล้เรือนเคียง ทำไมยังไม่เคยไปซักที พอทางโรงแรม Genting อีเมลมาชวนไปเที่ยวไปเที่ยวที่มาเล ก็ตกลงทันทีแบบไม่ลังเลเลย 5555 อยากไปเห็นว่าประเทศเค้ามีอะไรน่าสนใจมั่ง 4 คืน 5 วันนี่ใช้เวลาคุ้มมากกก ได้ไปกินร้าน Lobster อร่อยๆสูตรต้นตำรับจากลอนดอน ได้ขึ้นกระเช้ากอนโดล่าลอยฟ้าแบบใสๆมองเห็นด้านล่างให้ใจเต้นเล่น ได้ไปลุยป่า ไหว้พระ เสพงานศิลป์ กินอาหารท้องถิ่น แค่นั้นไม่พอบินไปลังกาวีต่อ ไปล่องเรือชมป่าโกงกาง ดูลิงว่ายน้ำ ปิดท้ายทริปด้วยการนั่งเรือชมพระอาทิตย์ตกยามเย็นอีก ฟินสิคะ ^^
I’ve been thinking about traveling to Malaysia but haven’t had a chance. When Resort World Genting invited me to visit their resorts I didn’t hesitate to say yes!! Sure enough, I did make the most of my 5 days in Malaysia; dinner at the famous “Burger & Lobster”, riding the glass floor gondola, jungle walk, visiting temple, arts and cultural centre, eating local food, flying to Langkawi, Mangrove tour, and sunset cruise. Genting Highland ตั้งอยู่บนยอดเขาที่สูงเกือบ 1800 เมตร ทำให้ที่นี่มีหมอก และอากาศหนาวเย็นตลอดปี ชอบตรงนี้แหละค่า อยากจะหนีร้อนเมื่อไหร่ก็มาได้ตลอดปี ที่สำคัญอย่าลืมพกเสื้อกันหนาวมาด้วย
การเดินทาง นั่งรสบัสจากสนามบินมา 1 ชั่วโมงและนั่งกระเช้าต่ออีก 15 นาทีก็ถึงค่อนข้างสะดวกเลยทีเดียว จะว่าไปมาเที่ยวที่นี่ที่เดียวก็ได้ทำครบทุกอย่างแล้วนะ เพราะมีทั้งโรงแรมสวยๆ คาสิโน โรงหนัง สนามกอล์ฟ ห้างสรรพสินค้า และร้านอาหารอร่อยๆให้เลือกเต็มไปหมด ทริปนี้พักที่ Hotel on the park ค่ะ เข้ามาในโรงแรม ด้านข้าง Reception ก็จะเจอกระจกสะท้อนแบบนี้ ให้ถ่ายรูปเล่นเก๋ๆ Hotel on the Park เป็นโรงแรมน้องใหม่ที่เปิดที่ Genting เปิดประตูเข้าไปแล้วรู้สึกว่า งุ้ยย นี่มันห้องในฝันตอนเราเป็นเด็กเลย มีความกุ๊กกิ๊กน่ารักระดับ 10 ห้องสะอาดและหอมมากๆ หลับสบายเลย

Genting Highland is located approximately 1800 metres above sea level. The weather is cool all year round (for me who is in a tropical country)
It’s within an hour’s drive from KL international Airport, then take the cable car up to the resort. There are lots of activities you can do here as there are almost everything you can imagine; shopping mall, cinemas, restaurants, hotels, casinos, and golf course. Let’s explore together!

Everyone who visit Genting Highland won’t miss Sky Avenue Mall, a huge shopping mall where you can find everything you need and there’re a lot of food choices in all price ranges
Burger & Lobster
ตั้งแต่เคยกิน Lobsterมา ร้านนี้ฟินที่สุด เนื้อ Lobster หวานและรสชาติดี การตกแต่งร้านก็ทำได้ดี สมกับเป็นแฟรนไชส์จากลอนดอน
This was the best lobster I’ve ever had! The lobster meat was firm and sweet. The decoration was nice and great atmosphere for casual dining. If you’re a lobster fan, Burger and Lobster is a great place to visit.
Motorino Pizza
จริงๆเราไม่ใช่คอพิซซ่าเท่าไหร่เพราะกลัวอ้วน แต่พอได้ชิมพิซซ่าร้านนี้ก็ชอบนะ มีรสแปลกๆให้เลือกเยอะเลยยิ่งเห็นขั้นตอนการทำตอนที่เอาแป้งพิซซ่าเข้าไปอบในเตาถ่านแล้วยิ่งทำให้ความอร่อยเพิ่มมากขึ้นไปอีก
Actually I’m not a fan of pizza but I liked the pizza here. There’s a variety of pizza flavors and toppings. After all, the fact that seeing the chefs make the pizzas from scratch until put them into wood-fired oven in front of the restaurant’s window made my mouth water.
Malaysia food street
เวลาไปประเทศไหนที่ห้ามพลาดก็คือการชิมอาหารท้องถิ่นแล้วจะบอกว่าอาหารท้องถิ่นของมาเลโคดอร่อย ทริปนี้ได้ชิมหลายอย่าง ถูกปากหลายเมนู ที่ชอบสุดคือข้าวมันไก่ เนื้อไก่นุ่มๆ น้ำราดก็กลมกล่อมดีมาก ถ้าใครมาเที่ยวแล้วอยากลองลองชิมอาหารท้องถิ่นแบบนี้ มาที่ Sky Avenue Mall โซน Food Street รับรองว่าอิ่มหนำแน่นอน
Trying local dishes is a must when traveling. Malaysian food street gathers famous local restaurants around the country. The chicken rice was so good. The chicken was soft and sauce was really tasty.
The SeniKome Arts & Cultural Centre
ในนี้ก็จะมีพวกศิลปะและการละเล่นต่างๆของท้องถิ่นให้เราดู ดูๆไปแล้วก็แอบคล้ายกับของไทยเหมือนกันนะ ที่มาเลเค้าก็จะมีเผ่าชาวเขาต่างๆ มีหนังตะลุงอะไรพวกนี้ด้วย แต่ละประเทศก็จะมีเรื่องเล่าเรื่องราวที่น่าสนใจของตัวเอง
The SeniKome Arts & Cultural Centre is worth a visit. You can see local craft, traditional art and games. I think some of them are like those of Thai as the two countries share a similar cultural heritage.
Glass Floor Cable car ride
อยู่บนกระเช้าใสๆมันก็จะตื่นเต้นเล็กน้อย ตรงที่มองไปด้านล่าง เห็นรถวิ่ง เห็นป่า เห็นว่าสูงแค่ไหน 55555 ต้องลองด้วยตัวเองแล้วจะรู้
It was exciting riding in the glass floor gondola and also interesting seeing things from above. You have to try it.
Chin Swee Temple
วัดชินสวีตั้งอยู่ในป่าหินที่มีระดับความสูงเหนือน้ำทะเลประมาณ 4,600 ฟุต ในวัดมีเจดีย์แบบจีน พระพุทธรูปหินขนาดใหญ่ รูปแกะสลักเจ้าแม่กวนอิม และรูปปั้นเทพเจ้าต่างๆมากมาย ที่ประทับใจคือตอนที่เดินขึ้นไป หมอกมาจากไหนก็ไม่รู้เต็มไปหมดเลย ทำให้บรรยากาศตรงนั้นตอนนั้นสวยมาก สวยเหมือนสวรรค์เลย
Chin Swee Temple is a Taoist temple located 4600 feet above sea level. There is huge statue of Buddha, Guanyin, and other gods and goddesses. When I walked up there were mist came in and it was suddenly like I was in heaven.

ห้องพักที่นี่ก็สวยมากเช่นกัน บรรยากาศรอบๆโรงแรมชิล มีเพลงบรรเลงเปิดคลอๆ อยู่ที่นี่ไม่ค่อยอยากจะเร่งรีบ อยากจะใช้ชีวิตแบบ Slow life อยากทำอะไรก็ทำ เหมาะมาพักผ่อนหย่อนใจมาก
Finally, I arrived in Langkawi and spent the last two nights at Resort World Langkawi. The room was fantastic and the atmosphere was so chill and relaxing. The sea was beautiful and calm which was perfect for slow living vacation.
Mangroove at Geopark Langkawi
กิจกรรมที่ได้ทำที่นี่สนุกดี เป็นการนั่งเรือไปดูป่าโกงกาง เป็นการดูธรรมชาติแบบใกล้ชิดมาก บางช่วงเรือซิ่งก็กรี๊ดกันทั้งลำ สนุกดี 55555 ระหว่างทางเจอฝูงลิงกระโดดโลดเต้นว่ายน้ำมาใกล้ๆมาขอขนม เห็นฝูงเหยี่ยวชัดๆเป็นครั้งแรก มันทั้งสวย ทั้งสง่า และก็น่ากลัว ไม่ใช่อะไรมองมากๆกลัวมันจะบินมาจิกตา 5555 แต่การได้มาเห็นสิ่งที่ไม่เคยเห็นถือเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี
Sitting on a speedboat to explore mangrove at Geopark Langkawi was very exciting and really nice that we could get close to the nature. The highlights were watching monkeys and eagles up-close. Some of the monkeys swam near the boat to grab the breads the guide brought to feed them. This was also the first time I saw red eagles. They were beautiful, elegant and sometimes scary as I was afraid they will hover down and peck my eyes. LOL!
Sunset Cruise & BBQ Dinner
เราปิดท้ายทริปนี้ด้วยการนั่ง Cruise ไปกลางทะเล การได้นั่งกินบาบีคิวและดูคนกระโดดตู๊มๆลงไปว่ายในทะเลก็นับเป็นความเพลิดเพลินอย่างนึง 5555 เสียดายไม่ได้เตรียมชุดมาโดดน้ำด้วย ตอนที่แสงพระอาทิตย์ค่อยๆลับขอบฟ้า ท้องฟ้าที่นี่กลายเป็นสีชมพูหมดเลย โอ๊ย สวยยยยแบบบรรยายไม่ถูก ถือเป็นการปิดท้ายทริปมาเลแบบหวานๆ ถ้ามีโอกาสละก้อจะต้องกลับไปเที่ยวอีกแน่นอนค่ะ
Ending the trip with sunset cruise was something incredible. People had so much fun jumping into the sea. Too bad I didn’t bring my swimming suit otherwise I would join them. The sunset moment was so amazing. The entire sky turned pink and that was the magic moment. If I have a chance, I will definitely come back again, Malaysia!
