ที่พักบรรยากาศโบราณแบบของแท้ดั้งเดิม ทั้งเฟอร์นิเจอร์และโครงสร้างต่างๆได้อารมณ์อยู่บ้านอาม่ามากกก ดูขลังและมีเสน่ห์มากๆ ชั้นล่างมีขายเครื่องดื่มและเค้ก อยากให้ลองชีสเค้ก เพราะเด็ด รสชาติละมุนไม่หวานเกินไป ชั้นสองเป็นมุมโซฟานั่งเล่น มีตู้เย็นกับมุม pantry เล็กๆให้ ห้องน้ำอยู่ชั้นนี้ ห้องนอนอยู่ชั้น3 แบ่งเป็นโซนห้องนอน ห้องนั่งเล่น และระเบียงที่มีต้นไม้เขียวๆเต็มเลย ชอบ

Baan Yok is a traditional shophouse built almost hundred years ago. With its well preserved structure and the use of vintage furnitures, the house is very charming, nostalgic and brings back memories of my grandparents house. The first floor is a tapas bar, opens in the evening on Thursday-Sunday. Up the very steep wooden stairs, the 2nd floor is a living area with a sofa, desk, wooden bench. Behind the wooden door is a bathroom, and in another corner there is a small fridge and an electric kettle. The 3rd floor is divided into two zones; a bedroom and a living area with a door open to the deck. The cafe next door is also owns by K. pupe, the host. Their basque burnt cheesecake is soooo good!

 

4. การดูแลจากเจ้าของ

เจ้าของชื่อคุณปูเป้ เป็นผู้หญิงเท่ๆ มารอต้อนรับด้วยตัวเองเลย พาไปที่ห้องอธิบายการปิดเปิดประตูต่างๆเรียบร้อย

Host : The host, K. Pupe, is cool and friendly. She welcomed us by herself and showed us around the house.

5. Tips

เอาของมาที่นี่ให้น้อยที่สุดเพราะกว่าจะถึงห้องชั้น 3 ขึ้นบันไดมาเหนื่อยพอสมควร บันไดชันมากด้วย

Tips : The stairs are narrow and steep so try to travel light if you wouldn’t want to carry heavy luggages all the way up to the top floor.

Bathroom is an open-plan but no worries, there’re roller blinds to keep your privacy.

 

6. ความเห็นส่วนตัว

รู้สึกว่าไฟในห้องนอนตอนกลางคืนสลัวไปหน่อยแต่ก็เข้ากับบรรยากาศและ mood tone ของบ้านดี เตียงค่อนข้างแข็ง และผ้าห่มจะบางๆหน่อยนะคะ

Things to be improved : We actually love this place but we think the bed was not really comfortable. The mattress was too firm and blanket was thin. The light was pretty dim at night in the bedroom.
